The key to success this season is putting as much into training as you plan to put into the matches. Skills training takes place twice a week at the Grange Road practice pitches (down the private dirt road off Grange Road).
Tuesday: 5:00-7:00 PM
Friday: 5:00-7:00 PM
Fitness sessions are held twice a week. Everyone should attend one if not both sessions.
Monday: 5:00-7:00PM at the Club
Saturday: 11:00AM-12:00PM at the University Sports Centre
Additionally, everyone is encouraged to do their own fitness with weights sessions. For more information and any queries about what to do at the gym, feel free to contact our fitness coach, Milosz.
